“Absolutely love this agency. They are the best with customer service. Every time I have needed anything, they are quick and responsive. Just as one example of their care, my car was towed near the courthouse in Norristown. It was an awful day! To get the car from impound, I needed my insurance card, which was in the car of course, but the people at the tow yard would not allow me access to the vehicle. Not only did the girls at Insurance 5000 have the card faxed to the impound office within ten minutes, but they stayed on the phone to make sure it came through and that I was safe. They are the epitome of caring and professional. Thank you, ladies! You rock!

“Recently we experienced a small fire in our garage. The next day we contacted our agent, Kim Foglia with Erie Insurance, to report the incident and find out how to proceed. Kim took care of everything and in no time an Erie claims adjuster was out as well as Mammoth Restoration. Mammoth is a company that Erie uses not only for the cleanup and restoration after a fire but for other incidents also. We really haven’t had to do anything any and all belongings which were stored in the garage were sort thru by Mammoth and they informed us which belongings they would be able to clean and deodorize and which items were beyond cleaning. Everything was packaged and sent to a facility for cleaning and everything else was thrown away. We are about to enter phase two which will be the rebuilding, can’t wait for that. Aside from the tragedy aspect this has been a relatively easy process compared to comments I have received from friends who have other insurers and have not had good outcomes. I highly recommend Insurance 5000 to anyone who is looking for a reputable agency.
